The Valley Community & Senior Center offers low-cost meals, frozen meals, home delivery meals, health care services, a beauty shop, a barbershop, and a full range of social activities, including low impact exercise/gentle yoga classes, coffee hour, bridge and art and painting classes and footcare services.
